Supported Currencies
BizBooks Pro supports 15 major world currencies:
- USD - US Dollar

- GBP - British Pound
- CAD - Canadian Dollar
- AUD - Australian Dollar
- JPY - Japanese Yen
- CHF - Swiss Franc
- CNY - Chinese Yuan
- INR - Indian Rupee

Exchange Rates
Exchange rates are updated automatically from financial data providers.
Manual Refresh
- When creating an invoice/bill, click the refresh icon (🔄)
- Latest exchange rate is fetched
- Rate date is displayed
Foreign Currency Invoices
- Create a new invoice
- Select currency from dropdown (e.g., EUR)
- Exchange rate loads automatically
- Enter amounts in the selected currency
- BizBooks calculates base currency total for your books
Example: Invoice for €1,000 at rate 0.92 = $1,087 recorded in your USD books.
Currency Converter
Quick conversion tool available in Settings:
- Select "From" currency
- Select "To" currency
- Enter amount
- See converted amount instantly
The converter uses the same exchange rates as invoices and bills.
