Admin

Full system access. The business owner or primary administrator.

All accounting operations
Invite and remove users
Change user roles
Manage company settings

Manager

Manager with approval authority. Can oversee operations without system settings access.

Invite users (limited)

Accountant

Full accounting operations. Perfect for your external accountant or CPA.

Create and edit transactions
Record journal entries
Generate all reports

Bookkeeper

Day-to-day data entry and basic reporting. May require approval for certain actions.

Create transactions (may need approval)

View-only for settings

Read-only access. See data without changing anything.
