Every BizBooks Pro installation has one primary admin, usually whoever installed the software. This account can manage the people on any company in the installation, even a company it doesn't belong to.
Here's why that matters. Say an employee builds out a company for a new location and forgets to add you. You own the installation, but you aren't on that company's user list, so normally you'd have no way to put yourself there. The primary admin sidesteps the problem: you can pull up any company's users, send an invitation, drop in a team member who already has an account, or change somebody's role.
This is scoped to people, not money. Managing a company's user list doesn't hand you its transactions, invoices, customers or reports -- those still follow the five roles listed above. Who's on the team and what they're allowed to see stay two separate questions.
Every action is logged with the user who performed it. Know exactly who created, edited, or approved each transaction.
