QuickBooks Desktop moved twice: prices rose about 10% on February 1, 2026, taking a single-user Desktop Pro Plus renewal from $999 to $1,149 a year, and renewals dated on or after October 1, 2026 go to $1,351 (Premier Plus $1,891; extra seats $270 and $406) — for a product Intuit stopped selling to new customers in September 2024.
