Our migration team brings accounts, customers, vendors and history across inside the client's own installation, then reconciles the result against the QuickBooks figures. You get a tie-out report: every account, A/R, A/P and bank balance, side by side with what QuickBooks said. If a line doesn't match, it's fixed or explained in writing on that line. Anything that would change reported numbers is asked, not guessed.

Licensed clients: unlimited, on every plan
The client buys their own BizBooks Pro subscription and keeps the books on their own machine. You connect remotely and work in their live books. There's no limit on how many licensed clients you serve, even on the free practice licence, and as a Certified Partner you earn 35% of what each client pays, every year they renew.
Hosted books: on your own install
For clients who'd rather you keep the books entirely. Accountant Pro hosts 5 client books ($540/year), Accountant Pro 15 hosts 15 ($1,080/year), and Accountant Firm has no limit. When a hosted client buys their own licence, they move to licensed and the slot opens again.
Your practice licence can be free
Accountants and bookkeepers who join our partner programme run their own practice on the Partner plan at no cost: 2 hosted books, unlimited licensed clients, and the full accountant toolset. Joining is free and approved on the spot. We check your practice by hand, usually within one business day, and there's no exam for the licence; the free certification is what lifts your commission to 35%.
